Our “Big Red Button” solution to moss removal, this service is recommended only in cases of severe moss growth or to meet requirements for home sale.

Includes gutter cleaning and removal of algae, lichen, and/or moss growth with light pressure cleaning. We use the lowest pressure possible and soap the surface to loosen buildup, ensuring that no harm will come to the roof. This service is done as a last resort; we will typically recommend a treatment process to address the growth on your roof in a manner that helps preserve its overall lifespan.

  • Gutter Cleaning Icon

    Gutter Cleaning

Regular gutter cleaning helps prevent damage to the gutters themselves as well as siding and paint and prevents erosion in the landscaping underneath. The roof sweep clears loose debris (like leaves and pine needles) from the valleys that may end up in the gutters and cause new clogs.

Loose debris on the roof is cleared off with leaf blowers, then gutter debris is removed by hand. We rinse and flush the interior of the gutter system while inspecting the downspouts and elbows for drainage issues. We will bring any issues (leaks, repairs, ETC.) that become apparent during the process to your attention and provide pricing or refer you to someone who can help. Ground cleanup of man-made surfaces included.

*We are happy to install downspout screens if necessary, as part of this service.

Installation of gable covers will protect exposed roof beams from water damage, prevent erosion to landscaping below, and stop irritating drips. Flashing is installed to guide water directly into gutters, and exposed beams are fitted with a covering. Choose between white or brown covers.

    Gutter Hangers

Hangers are added to the inside of the gutters to re-secure the gutters to the fascia boards. This service reduces wear-and-tear and extends the life of the gutter system. Gutter hangers can also rectify sloping issues.

  • Showing Roof Moss Removal Treatments

    Moss+ Removal Treatments

We provide an array of Treatments tailored to your home’s specific needs to address a variety of growth issues common in the Pacific Northwest. Most homes at some point will encounter the growth of mildew, algae, or most commonly-moss on their Roof. Left untreated and unremoved, moss growth will spread rapidly and cause your Roof to deteriorate. We also provide and encourage Treatments as preventative maintenance before any buildup has accumulated.

Treatments will generally require a few months’ time (8-12 weeks) to penetrate and kill growth, at which point we are happy to return to blow off the dead material and establish any future needs. These applications are best scheduled during Spring/Fall during light rainy stretches, which help to disperse the Treatment to affected areas. We advise against application during stormy or cold weather as these conditions could render the Treatment ineffective.
